Leadership
Christie L. Van Cleave
PresidentMs. Christie Van Cleave is an accomplished executive with 30 years of leadership experience in federal contracting, professional services, product development, and complex program delivery across dozens of federal agencies and 28 U.S. states and territories.
Since joining Chenega Corporation in 2015, she has served as President and General Manager of three subsidiary businesses supporting national security and public safety missions. In this role, Ms. Van Cleave directs business strategy, operational execution, and mission success across a diverse portfolio of federal programs. She builds high‑performing, mission‑aligned teams to deliver win‑win‑win outcomes for customers, employees, and the business.
Ms. Van Cleave holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a PMP certification.
Adrian I. Martinez
Strategic AdvisorMr. Martinez’s 20-year US Army career included 10 years of Foreign Area Officer and Military Attaché assignments in Central America, South America and Africa. After retiring, he served at the US Central Command Intelligence Directorate in Tampa, with multiple deployments to the USCENTCOM AOR. In 2006 he co-founded EKS Group to continue serving the intelligence community.
Originally from Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, Mr. Martinez received a B.S. from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and a M.A. from the University of Florida. He currently serves as a member of the Governing Board for the International Spy Museum.
